Press-On Nails
1. Returns & Exchanges:
● We do not accept returns or exchanges for press-on nails due to hygiene and safety reasons. All sales are final.Once the cellophane sheet is torn we won’t accept return or refund.
● If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will require a description of the issue and photographic and videographics evidence of the defect or damage.
2. Refunds
● In the case of a defective or damaged product, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
● Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Crochet Products

● Due to the handmade and customized nature of crochet products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. All sales are final.
